WHAT TO DO IF THE DRESS DOESN'T FIT?
It must be disappointed if the dress can't fit well. However, there are couple of ways to help you solve it easily.
We totally understand your situation, although we made your order according to your measurements, it is only basic custom sizing, the problems maybe caused by inaccurate measurements measured by your side or wrongly sewed by our side, they are manual measurements and all of our dresses are handmade after all, so It’s normal for the slight difference. To provide additional assistance and help, we offer some alteration reimbursements to help achieve a closer fit. We'll cover up to a certain amount. Yes, It’s so easy for you to get the reimbursements and adjustments.
Alteration reimbursements requests must be submitted to us within 1 month of placing your order. After that period of time, we'll no longer be able to process the reimbursement.
